2023 RLCC Operating Budget

RLCC Budget 2023.pdf

The Rainbow Lakes Community Club Board of Trustees is proud to release the 2023 Operating Budget. This budget provides for maintenance and upgrades to our properties and, despite rising costs for goods and services nationally, ensures your constituency fees remain stable.

If you have any questions about the budget, please contact Lois, our Treasurer at rlcctreasurer1@gmail.com

Rainbow Lakes in Parsippany, NJ was developed with residential lots in a private, peaceful lake setting in 1923.  The lakes and other properties were deeded to the Rainbow Lakes Community Club (RLCC) by the Arthur D. Crane Company for the enjoyment of the residents primarily as summer vacation homes in the following year. Over time, homes were converted for year-round living, but our community retains its vacation look and feel.

The RLCC is a non-profit corporation managed by volunteer trustees who are voted into their positions by the community. Trustees are committed to ensuring all the properties of Rainbow Lakes retain their natural beauty and work continually for the betterment of the community.

Community properties consist of six lakes, a beach, boat access points on all lakes, park areas, including tennis and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, and the Rainbow Lakes Community Clubhouse.
